Booking Information
All bookings require a £50 non refundable deposit to secure your date and time, with the remaining balance due on the day of your event.
Due to the level of enquiries and bookings we receive, we are unable to reserve dates until the deposit payment and booking details are received.
In the case of extreme weather conditions where we deem the health and safety of our ponies or children to be compromised you will be able to reschedule your event or receive a refund of your deposit. We always endeavour to continue with all events unless this is the case. A refund of your deposit will not be available if you decide to cancel the event yourself.
Health and Safety
Fairytail Pony Events is a fully insured and Council Licensed Riding School which are insured for all children aged 2 years and over to ride our ponies.
We make every effort to minimise risks, however horses are animals and therefore can still be unpredictable on occasion. For this reason we require all clients to sign a disclaimer acknowledging the risks associated with horse riding and the handling of horses, and agree to adhere to all the health and safety measures outlined by the organisers in order to support in minimising the risk of accident/injury.
You will be required to sign a hard copy prior to your event.
Special and Additional Needs
We cater for all children and understand the benefits and importance of children and adults with special, additional or complex needs being around animals. As qualified RDA coaches we welcome everyone and ask that any of the above are disclosed to us on booking so that we can accommodate you by way of staffing correctly, assigning the most suitable pony and ensuring we meet your needs.
This includes but is not limited too;
Autism, physical disabilities, ADHD, epilepsy, neurological disorders, or anything that may affect a participants judgement, ability to follow instructions or sit unaided on a pony.
We can then make sure all participants gain maximum enjoyment in the safest way possible.
